The Valley Room

Two windows on two walls, both facing north. On a clear morning from October to December you can watch the Panchachuli line turn grey to pink to white without lifting your head. The desk is here, which is why workation guests ask for it.

Room FAQs

You can book the Valley Room, which faces the peaks directly. Whether they are visible is weather — about nine mornings in ten from October to December, closer to one in monsoon.

No, and there is no need. The house interior has never gone above 26 °C, and nights are cool in every month.

Yes, all four, with a key you keep. The house itself stays open in the day — a village norm, not an oversight.

The Orchard Room sleeps five. Need more? Take Orchard and Valley together — they share the upper landing.

Yes — deduct ₹500 per night for solo use of a double. No single supplement.

Three nights, and we hold to it. Two nights after a seven-hour drive leaves one real day here.

The Valley Room books first. Ten weeks ahead for October–December, about eight for May and June.
